Evaluation Sprints Begin
Finalized interview candidates will enter a two-week evaluation period consisting of two execution sprints with clearly defined OKRs. These sprints will be conducted remotely in a structured, hackathon-style format with regular Zoom check-ins and reviews. Final selection into the residency program will be based entirely on performance against these OKRs.
In-Person Cohort Fit Weekend
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to Indus Foundry for a 3-day in-person cohort fit weekend. We will cover travel, accommodation, and meals. This time helps both sides make sure we are aligned on expectations, values, and long-term goals before the final shortlist.
Final Founders Announced
Candidates who meet their OKRs across the two weekly sprints will be shortlisted and accepted into the residency program based on performance.
Residency Program Begins
Founders transition into the Indus Foundry Residency, where the full operating environment is provided. Living expenses are covered, and concept capital is deployed to launch the business. With this funding and hands-on support, founders are expected to secure at least one paying customer within 90 days.
Graduation Day for Funding
Graduation requires at least one paying customer. Graduating companies are eligible for Seed funding and support to reach $10,000 MRR within 90 days. Founders that do not meet this milestone will conclude the program with clear learnings and next steps, free to pursue their interests independently outside the venture studio.
Systemization Stage
Graduated and Seed Funded Companies to move to the next phase. At this stage, Indus Foundry provides Scaleup Funding and Support to scale to $30,000 MRR within 90 days. Companies that do not meet this milestone, or lack positive unit economics, will not receive further funding and will conclude at this stage.
Scale IT
Companies that received scale funding and reach a minimum of $30,000 MRR by 6th month will receive growth funding and continued support to scale toward million-dollar businesses. Companies that do not meet this milestone will not receive further funding and will conclude at this stage, having gained valuable experience. Founders may then pursue other opportunities or join other high growth companies within the ecosystem.
